Public Transportation Modular Administration Office

The Challenge
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Powelton Yard train utility yard was in need of a new office and administrative space. Due to space limitations, a custom design was required for the modular building to fit on the site.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a custom 3,930 sq. ft. modular administrative office featuring men’s and women’s locker rooms, tool storage, private and shared office space, classroom space, a lunch room for employees, and men’s and women’s restrooms, as well as a private restroom. The modular office space also features a shower for employees, and custom finishes including ceramic tile in the restrooms and locker rooms, as well as custom lockers to fit SEPTA’s needs.
