The Challenge
A regional equipment rental company’s existing office was deteriorating and needed to be demolished. Their primary concern was the length of time their staff would be displaced while the existing building would be demolished, and a new facility constructed. Modular construction was chosen as the best option to minimize the duration their team would be displaced.
The Solution
Modular Genius worked with the client to design a 1,056 sq. ft. permanent modular building, meeting their space requirements and current codes. The client chose a durable high ribbed steel for the exterior with a 72” x 80” glass door for their main entrance. Vinyl covered gypsum walls and acoustic ceiling provide a bright and long-lasting interior. Modular Genius recommended using Armstrong Corlon sheet vinyl flooring that would require low maintenance and provide longevity. Modular Genius was able to install the foundation, building, and egress system with minimal distribution at their location, allowing the client to serve their customers.
