State University Temporary Modular Construction Office

Virginia State University was undergoing campus expansion with several construction projects operating concurrently, and needed office space for workers involved in the construction efforts on site. They chose a new temporary modular office, as they needed something right away, and they wanted something new.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. had a brand new 1,440 sq. ft. temporary modular office unit available and was able to deliver the modular office to site within a week of award. The modular office featured four private offices, two single occupant restrooms, and an open office space.
