A government agency at Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina needed to replace an old building that was used as office space for park rangers. The agency wanted a temporary building, so they decided that modular construction was the best choice for this project.
Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a 2,520 sq. ft. temporary modular office space featuring private interior offices, open office space, restrooms, and a kitchenette. In addition, Modular Genius provided work stations and furniture for the building. The building also features smart panel siding, VCT floors, a drop ceiling with recessed LED lights, and ADA compliant stairs and ramps. The customer was happy with the quality and communication provided by Modular Genius.
