Waste Not Recycling was opening a new facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and they needed a scale house for their operators on the site to interact with clients coming in and out of the facility.
The Solution
Modular Genius had a brand new 10 ft. by 40 ft. modular office unit and was able to utilize that building for a quicker installation timeline. Modular Genius was able to deliver the modular office from the plant located in Georgia to the site in Michigan within 4 months from award. The 400 sq. ft. modular scale house features a private office, ADA compliant single occupancy restroom, two transaction windows, and vinyl tile flooring.
