Government Modular Swing Space

The Challenge
A US Government entity was in need of a temporary modular swing space to be used as open office space, as well as four CONEX storage boxes.
The Solution
Modular Genius provided two 2,160 sq. ft. clear span modular buildings for the government. The buildings were built out to fit the customer’s specific interior floor plan. Modular Genius, Inc. provided sewer and water connections. Electrical main distribution panel and service was connected to the nearest transformer. All data lines in the interior were installed and run to the nearest communications closet in a nearby building. The four 8’ X 40’ CONEX boxes were delivered to the designated area. All the buildings were painted to meet the criteria of the governments requirements.
