A general contractor was awarded a project to upgrade the a Waste Water Treatment Plant located in East New Market, MD, and needed a temporary office space for the job site. They chose to buy their on-site modular office building so they could move the relocatable modular office building from job site to job site.
The Solution
Modular Genius built and installed a 1,344 sq. ft. modular office space featuring five interior offices, a break room for employees, an ADA compliant unisex restroom, built in desks, counters, and storage cabinets, and aluminum steps.
