School-Based Modular Health Clinic

The Challenge
St. Mary’s County Health Department, in partnership with St. Mary’s County Public Schools, wanted to build health clinics at local schools to provide needed healthcare to students in the community. Due to the desired timeframe of this project, they chose modular construction.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. built and installed a 2,880 sq. ft. modular health clinic featuring open and private office space for workers, private examination rooms, restrooms, a break room for employees, storage space, and space for a lab. The project also features ADA compliant ramps and steps. The project took 52 days from award to completion.
