Depending on the project scope and customer requirements, modular buildings may be available through lease agreements or direct purchase arrangements. These options are designed to provide clarity around payment structure, responsibilities, and project timelines so customers can plan with confidence.

Please note that the above terms are utilized on a transaction-specific basis and would be contingent upon the customer signing a corresponding Modular Genius, Inc. Proposal. For transactions involving more extensive work at the project site, other contract terms may be presented by Modular Genius, Inc.
