A rural community health center network committed to a healthy Eastern Shore of Virginia needed a new dental clinic. The network offers medical, oral, and behavioral health care and support services to everyone in the community regardless of their ability to pay. The dental facility had to be up and operational in a matter of months to satisfy the demand in the local community. The interior floor plan required a business office, four exam rooms, radiology, and a waiting room.
This site transformed from an open lot to a fully functional health care facility in a matter of months. Electric, sewer, water, and foundations were constructed while the building was manufactured in an offsite facility. Factory installed laminate counter tops, sliding interior windows, sinks, counters, and cabinets in each of the exam rooms were all completed prior to delivery to ensure the project schedule was met. The 1,536 sqft modular building was finished with prefabricated aluminum stems and ramps meeting the customers expectation on time and on budget.
