The Challenge
A hospital in Washington, D. C. was planning major renovations. To ensure uninterrupted continuation of care for patients, they planned to move some exam rooms and office space into a temporary modular building during the renovation process.
The Solution
Modular Genius worked with a medical design professional and built the temporary modular healthcare facility that met the hospital’s specific needs. A 1,440 sq. ft. temporary modular medical building was built, delivered, and installed on site in approximately 60 days from contract to completion.
