A large food manufacturer was interested in constructing a new medical building for their employees. The new building needed to close to the front of manufacturing facility to provide easy access for their employees. A primary concern for the client was site disruption needed to be at a minimum to ensure the manufacturing facility’s output would not be diminished during the construction project. Modular Genius discussed with the client how the speed of permanent modular construction would be the best option to minimize site disruption.
Our team of professionals worked with the client on designing a 1,440 sqft modular medical building and related site services to complete the project. MGI provided the client with all the required sealed drawings along with a detailed scope of work and project schedule. The client is an avid Clemson fan and chose their exterior colors to show their support for their favorite college team. Modular Genius developed the site and installed the code approved foundation. MGI scope also included the installation of the building, utilities and ADA platforms, steps, and ramp. Modular Genius was able to complete the project in 120 days from the client’s notice to proceed. The client is very happy with their new building and the project did not impact the manufacturing facility’s production.
