The Challenge
McCall Farms, a large food manufacturer was interested in constructing a new medical building. The building needed to be near the front of their manufacturing facility in order to provide easy access for their employees. The primary concern for the client was minimize site disruption to ensure the manufacturing facility’s output would not be diminished during construction. The Modular Genius’s Business team was able to reassure our client that the speed of modular construction was the best option for minimizing disruption to their business.
The Solution
Our team worked with the client to design the 1,440 sqft modular medical building, as well as handled all related site services to complete the project. The client was provided with all the required sealed drawings along with a detailed scope of the work and project schedule. Modular Genius’s scope included developing the site, installing the code approved foundation, installation of the building, utilities & ADA platforms, steps, and ramp. We were able to complete the project in 120 days from the client’s notice to proceed. An avid Clemson fan , the client chose their exterior colors to show support for their favorite college team. They were excited about the new building and thrilled that it did not impact the manufacturing facilities production.
