The Challenge

Modular Genius, Inc. was contacted by an existing customer that was working with a large healthcare system in need of modular space. The healthcare system needed a quick relocatable building to be installed at one of their campuses. They felt a relocatable buildings were ideal due to site conditions and minimal disturbance during the process.

The Solution

Modular Genius worked with the customer and relocated an existing modular building. Modular Genius supplied an aluminum deck, ramp, steps, and skirting. This install was completed in 14 days from award to occupancy.
