The Challenge
Bucks County Transport in Quakertown, PA needed to replace an existing modular office on their site. They wanted a building that met modern standards, and they needed additional office space. They wanted to find a single contractor that could perform demolition of the old building, site work engineering, and the installation of a new modular building.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a new 1,440 sq. ft. building that met Pennsylvania’s code requirements. Modular Genius demolished the old building off site and installed the new modular office space on a concrete slab foundation. The new modular office features a double door entrance, private offices, single-stall restrooms, and bracing for wall-mounted televisions as well as for outside motion lights and security cameras.
