Temporary Elementary School Classroom Complex

The Challenge
Due to high enrollment, a public elementary school in Odenton, MD needed more classroom space. They determined that leasing a portable modular classroom building was the quickest and most cost effective solution.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a 8,118 sq. ft. portable modular complex featuring eight classrooms, and boys’ and girls’ multi-stall restrooms. The new modular classrooms were designed to be functional, durable, and easily accessible for all students. As such, ADA compliant ramps were installed. The modular classroom building was designed and constructed to meet the school’s design, use, and space requirements, while also meeting Maryland’s design and code requirements.
