The Challenge
After a tornado damaged their building, Beechnut Kennels needed a replacement to continue their day-to-day operations. After research, Beechnut Kennels determined modular construction was the fastest and most affordable solution.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. had a 24’ by 56’ relocatable modular building with offices and a restroom in our fleet that fit Beechnut Kennel’s requirements. The modular office building was delivered and installed within a few weeks. Our construction services for this project included engineered drawings, foundation, building installation, ADA egress systems, gutters, and down spouts.
