Shipping Container Offices

The Challenge
A regional support group of the U.S. Army National Guard needed ground level mobile offices for one of their facilities. These office containers are used during exercises on base. The units needed to be built to meet the International Building Code, National Electrical Code (NEC) and (NFPA) 101, Life Safety Code.
The Solution
Modular Genius provided multiple quantities of these container offices. Each of these containers included one entry door, two windows and are climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. Additional modifications to the shipping containers included insulation, 120/240-volt electrical service, 2 lights mounted on the ceiling and a built in desk that expanded the eight foot length of the container. These units were fabricated, delivered, and installed in 90 days from award.
