Colclasure Enterprises, LLC needed a modern, functional workspace to support their growing operations in Selma, AL. They required a 1,536 sq. ft. modular building that could bring together employees in a comfortable, well-organized environment. The plan called for multiple private offices, a large open office area for collaboration, and a spacious break room complete with a kitchenette to give staff a welcoming space to recharge. The building had to be delivered quickly, installed with minimal disruption, and meet all state and local building codes.

Built to meet Alabama’s stringent building requirements, the structure includes secure vertical tie-downs and fully compliant electrical and plumbing systems.
