The Challenge

CK Construction needed office space to support operations at its Columbus, Ohio project site. The building had to be ready quickly, sized appropriately for an on-site team, and configured with enough separation to support both individual offices and shared collaborative space, without the delay of a ground-up build.

The Solution

Modular Genius provided CK Construction with a 1,440-square-foot modular office building for daily operations. The building includes four private offices, positioned in each corner of the building, a central open office area for shared workspace, and two restrooms. The building was on site on schedule which gave the CK Construction team a fully finished, move-in-ready workspace exactly when their project required it.
