A Police Department needed to replace its dedicated K-9 training facility after the existing building required extensive repairs. The new modular facility had to fit within the original building’s footprint, accommodate the department’s specialized training and operational needs, and allow officers and staff to continue daily activities throughout construction.

The Solution

Modular Genius delivered and installed a 2,304-square-foot modular facility designed to fit the existing footprint and support the department’s specialized operations. By coordinating off-site fabrication with site preparation and scheduling delivery and installation around ongoing K-9 activities, MGI helped minimize on-site construction and disruption to daily operations. The completed facility included steps and ramps for accessible entry and was ready for use upon installation, giving the department a purpose-built replacement without the extended on-site construction associated with traditional building methods.
