Temporary Modular Office for Jacobs at Meade High School

The Challenge

Jacobs required temporary office space at Meade High School in Fort Meade, Maryland to support ongoing project operations on the active school campus. The project required a solution that could be installed quickly while providing a functional, comfortable workspace for daily operations. Minimizing disruption to campus activities and maintaining an efficient installation schedule were key priorities.

The Solution

Modular Genius delivered a 1,440 sq. ft. leased modular office building to support on-site operations at Meade High School. The doublewide modular building included two restrooms, integrated HVAC, and OSHA-compliant access steps to provide a safe and functional workspace for personnel.

Installed using a standard block and level system, the building was finished with smart panel siding and vinyl skirting to create a clean, professional appearance. By utilizing a leased modular solution, Jacobs was able to quickly establish an efficient on-site office with minimal disruption to ongoing campus activities.
