The Challenge

Signature Aviation needed a new terminal building at their Westhampton Beach, NY location that could welcome guests in comfort while supporting busy airport operations. The facility had to provide modern, functional spaces for passengers, crew, and staff, including both public and private areas. ADA accessibility, high-end finishes, and long-lasting durability were essential to reflect the client’s brand standards. At the same time, the project needed to be completed quickly to minimize disruption and meet operational needs.

The Solution

Modular Genius designed and delivered a 2,960 sq. ft. modular terminal that combines style, comfort, and efficiency. The building features a bright, welcoming lobby and waiting area, a relaxing crew lounge, six single occupancy restrooms, private offices, and a fully equipped catering kitchen. ADA compliance was achieved with a custom aluminum ramp system featuring a skid-resistant surface, installed on-site in just hours. Durable Nichiha siding, chosen for its upscale appearance and resilience, ensures the structure blends seamlessly with surrounding commercial architecture. Inside, quartz countertops, LVT flooring, and expansive windows create a warm, polished atmosphere with views of the runway. Custom doors and on-site glazing ensured precise installation, while modular construction delivered the project quickly, allowing Signature Aviation to begin using their new space without delay.
