High School Relocatable Modular Classroom Building

The Challenge

A high school in Moscow Mills, MO needed more classroom space for incoming students. They had used modular buildings before, so they reached out to Modular Genius to see if we could provide a solution. They awarded the project to Modular Genius to supply a new 4 classroom modular building over the summer break.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a 3,630 sq. ft. temporary modular classroom building featuring four classrooms and ADA compliant steps and ramps, so the new relocatable classrooms were functional, durable, and easily accessible for all students. The project took 184 days from contract to completion.
