Modular Elementary School Classroom Building

The Challenge

A public elementary school in Great Mills, Maryland was in need of more classroom space to accommodate a growing population in the school district. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install a modular classroom building to meet their needs.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built a 1,792 sq. ft. portable modular classroom building featuring two classrooms, two single occupant restrooms, and two supply closets for storage. The classrooms also featured a covered 10 ft x 10 ft wooden canopy which connected the newly installed modular classroom to previously installed modular classrooms, as well as ADA compliant wooden ramps and steps.
