BASF required an 80 square foot modular restroom to be installed inside one of its operational warehouses. The restroom needed to be compact yet fully functional, accommodating the needs of warehouse personnel while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. A 10’ x 8’ relocatable modular restroom was manufactured and installed inside the BASF warehouse, providing a self-contained and code-compliant sanitary solution. The 80 square foot unit was pre-fabricated offsite and delivered ready for connection to existing utilities, ensuring a swift and efficient installation with minimal onsite disruption. Designed for durability in an industrial environment, the restroom module featured commercial-grade fixtures, moisture-resistant interior finishes, and compliance with all relevant local and state building codes. The modular approach allowed BASF to enhance its facility with essential infrastructure without impacting warehouse operations or requiring extensive construction timelines.
