The Challenge

A general contractor needed to provide a guard house for their client in Virginia while also performing other work on-site. The structure needed to be new, visually appealing, and available for immediate installation to meet the project’s timeline.

The Solution

Modular Genius designed and built a compact security office with a shed-style roof and overhangs for additional coverage. The modular unit featured sliding doors and large windows on all sides, allowing for full visibility. It was delivered and placed on a concrete slab, with power connected on-site. To ensure comfort and functionality, the structure was equipped with a roof-mounted HVAC system, LED exterior lighting, and durable, weather-resistant exterior walls. Inside, the office included a reliable electrical system and a durable, low-maintenance flooring solution. The completed guard house provided a secure and efficient workspace while meeting the client’s urgent timeline.
