A C & E Services, a repeat customer, required a functional and efficiently designed office building to support operations at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Baltimore, Maryland. The client needed a structure that could accommodate multiple workspaces, offer areas for employee comfort and storage, and comply with local building codes and site constraints.

The Solution

Modular Genius provided a 1,344 sq. ft. relocatable modular office building tailored to meet the operational needs of A C & E Services at the Patapsco WWTP. The building features a break room, an open office area, six private offices, a storage room, and a single-occupant restroom. Designed for both functionality and comfort, the layout maximizes interior space while ensuring workflow efficiency. The structure was installed in compliance with all applicable Maryland building codes and regulations.
