The Challenge
The Northwest Collections facility was looking for additional office space that could be located at their existing collections facility in Baltimore. However, with the existing buildings on site didn’t leave a lot of area for a traditional boxed building.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. assisted in the design of the modular building, creating it in a ‘L’ shape in order to fit in the given space. Modular Genius also provided project management, delivery and installation services.
