The Challenge

A nationally recognized entertainment destination required a unique backstage solution to enhance the experience for performers and support live event operations at a large outdoor stadium venue. The project called for dedicated spaces for musicians, crew members, and support staff, while creating a private, comfortable environment capable of accommodating the demands of high-profile performances and a busy event schedule. Coordination of multiple modular buildings, phased installation, and integration with site amenities were key considerations throughout the project.

The Solution

Modular Genius delivered a custom 4,488 sq. ft. modular “Artist Village” behind the stage to support performers and event operations. The village includes cabin-style modular buildings for opening acts and crew, complete with restroom and shower facilities, along with larger doublewide accommodations designed for headlining performers. A dedicated first aid building was also incorporated to support event needs.

Connected by a boardwalk system, the modular village was thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming backstage environment with efficient access for performers and equipment. By utilizing modular construction, the venue gained a flexible, high-quality solution that enhances the artist experience while supporting the evolving needs of a premier live entertainment destination.
