A chemical industry company required a dedicated women’s locker room to accommodate female staff at their industrial site. The facility needed to include essential amenities such as showers, toilets, and sinks, while also meeting health, safety, and privacy standards typical in industrial environments. Due to ongoing operations at the plant, the client needed a rapid deployment with minimal disruption to the existing site.

The Solution

Modular Genius designed and installed a 528 sq. ft. relocatable modular building tailored to serve as a women’s locker room. The facility was outfitted with commercial-grade showers, flush toilets, and multiple sinks, all arranged to support efficient use and privacy. Non-slip flooring and durable, moisture-resistant materials were used throughout to ensure safety and longevity in a high-use, high-moisture environment. The building was constructed off-site and delivered fully equipped, minimizing downtime and installation impact at the client’s location. The modular unit met all relevant local building codes and industrial health regulations, providing a compliant, comfortable, and quickly deployable locker room solution.
