Modular Classroom Complex for Specialized School

The Challenge

The Graham Academy, a specialized school for children with disabilities in Kingston, PA, required additional educational space to accommodate its student population. The school needed a solution that could be deployed quickly with minimal disruption to daily operations, while also meeting the specific needs of both students and staff. The expansion called for multiple classrooms, appropriate restroom facilities, and designated storage space, all within a compact footprint suited to the existing campus layout.

The Solution

A 4,488 square foot modular classroom complex was designed and installed to meet The Graham Academy’s space requirements efficiently and effectively. The relocatable modular building includes four spacious classrooms, each equipped with dedicated storage to support instructional needs. The facility features multistall boys’ and girls’ restrooms to serve the student body, along with a private single-stall restroom for faculty use. The structure was built to comply with all applicable Pennsylvania educational building codes and accessibility standards. The modular approach ensured a rapid installation timeline and minimized on-site disruption, providing the school with a fully functional, code-compliant educational environment tailored to its operational needs.
