The Challenge

Fairplay Towing, a towing and recovery company in Douglasville, GA was operating from an outdated single-wide modular office. The company needed to upgrade to a larger, modern office building with a footprint of approximately 1,440 sq. ft. to improve functionality and meet growing business demands.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc.worked closely with the client to create a custom floor plan for the new modular office. The client removed the old building and reused the existing utilities, including water, waste, and electrical connections. The new 1,440 sq. ft. modular office was delivered in two days in three sections and installed on below-grade concrete foundations, secured with double-stacked block and tie-downs. MGI provided ADA-compliant aluminum steps and platforms at both exterior doors. Interior features included vinyl-covered gypsum walls, vinyl composite tile flooring, recessed LED lighting in a lay-in ceiling, and smart panel siding with gutters and downspouts. The entire project, from delivery to completion, was finalized in just a few weeks.
