City Public High School Modular Classroom Complex

Baltimore, MD

The Challenge

A Baltimore city high school needed additional classroom space to accommodate a growing student population. They determined that a modular classroom building was the quickest and most cost effective solution. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install the building to meet their needs.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built an 10,890 sq. ft. modular classroom building featuring 10 classrooms, private office space, boys and girls multi-stall restrooms, and a single-occupancy restroom for staff. The new modular classroom was designed to be functional, durable, and easily accessible for all students. As such, ADA compliant ramps were installed. The modular classroom building was designed and constructed to meet the school’s design, use, and space requirements, while also meeting Maryland’s design and code requirements.
