The Challenge
Meadowview Christian Academy in partnership with Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit needed a small single classroom to provide educational services to children in an offsite classroom. The cost to hire an architect, develop a bid package and publicly advertise would exceed their budget. They needed a simple and fast track approach without any disruption to their active school site.
The Solution
Modular Genius, a certified vendor for the Keystone Purchasing Network, was able to work directly with CSIU on this important project. The 250 square foot classroom needed to meet the stringent local codes for their area. Modular Genius developed the floorplan, building specification, scope of work and egress system that met our client’s requirements. Modular Genius worked with their client’s facility department and ensured the building foundation and installation would take place after school hours. Meadowview Christian Academy was very please with our processes, communication, quality of the building and work performed.
