Private Religious School Modular Classroom Complex

The Challenge
A private religious school needed additional classroom space to accommodate a growing student population. They determined that a modular classroom building was the quickest and most cost effective solution. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install the building to meet their needs.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. designed and built an 8,316 sq. ft. modular classroom complex featuring eight classrooms, boys and girls multi-stall restrooms, a single occupancy restroom for students, a janitor’s closet, and an IT room. The new modular classrooms were designed to be functional, durable, and easily accessible for all students. As such, ADA compliant ramps and steps were installed. The classrooms were also outfitted with the school’s furniture, supplies, equipment, and instructional technology to help make a seamless transition for teachers and students from their classrooms within the school to the modular classrooms.
