Modular Swing Space Classroom

The Challenge
An intermediate school was undergoing a multi-year building renovation project, and required a modular swing space classroom building to provide learning space for the students. They wanted the students to be protected from rain or snow by a canopy from the existing building to the modular classroom complex. The school district needed the project completed prior to the school year starting, which meant working on an accelerated timeframe during the summer months was required.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. utilized an existing 6,144 sq. ft. modular classroom building that was in inventory. The modular building had a central hallway with eight classrooms. The modular swing space classroom was installed with a prefabricated aluminum ramp with a boardwalk and canopy system. The project was completed in 60 days from contact to occupancy.
