Cape Henlopen School District needed additional classroom space at Cape Henlopen High School on a timeline built around the school calendar. Traditional construction could not deliver capacity fast enough. Facilities teams facing enrollment pressure rarely have the lead time a ground-up build requires, which made fast delivery and installation the largest deciding factor.

The Solution

Sourcing an in-stock modular building rather than placing a new production order removed manufacturing lead time from the schedule entirely.
