Repsol Oil and Gas required a fast, functional office space to support ongoing operations at a remote site in Stevensville, Pennsylvania. The project needed to meet office functionality standards while being relocatable and compliant with combustible construction regulations. Limited site accessibility and a narrow project window added complexity to the deployment.

The Solution

To meet the client’s operational needs in a timely and efficient manner, Modular Genius delivered a 12’ x 60’ modular office building designed for comfort, durability, and mobility. The 720 sq. ft. unit features a clean, professional interior with finished vinyl composition tile flooring, a drop ceiling, and multiple windows that allow for ample natural light. Climate control was addressed with an integrated HVAC system to ensure year-round comfort. The building includes three secure exterior doors with aluminum steps and landings, providing safe and easy access. Finished with full skirting for a polished look, the modular unit complies with all applicable codes for combustible construction and was fully equipped with lighting and electrical service. This flexible and fully functional office space provides the ideal environment for managing logistics in a remote setting.
