The Challenge

A local public school system needed a meeting space for an educational nature program for elementary school students hosted at a local park. They were able to use an existing co-op agreement through the Keystone Purchasing Network to procure the new modular classroom for the site.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc. built and installed a 480 sq. ft. modular classroom featuring vinyl tile flooring, vinyl covered gypsum walls, and exterior smart panel siding in light green with a color coordinating darker trim. The project also features ADA compliant ramps and steps as well as an asphalt walkway from the ramp to the pre-existing walking path.
