Leased Modular Classrooms

The Challenge
A school district was in need of temporary modular classroom buildings to be installed over the summer when school was out of session. Each classroom needed to be complete with heat and AC, large windows, durable doors and locks, tech and IT closets, durable floors and wall coverings, and proper lighting.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. provided a design that allowed the buildings to sit independently or be linked together side by side with shared access. A single sloping roof ensured that all rain water would be collected by gutters and downspouts on one side of the building. The 22,000 sq. ft. of classroom space was manufactured and delivered to site within 30 days of notice to proceed.
