The Challenge
A police department in Pemberton, New Jersey was looking to expand and needed more locker room space, a new meeting room, and more offices. The department needed this new space to tie into the existing police station, and they needed the design and specs to compliment the existing building.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. installed a 1,872 sq ft modular building for the customer. The client used the Keystone Purchasing Network for this project, leading to a quick design and an accelerated project schedule that met their timeline. The modular space, which featured ADA Compliant ramps, two locker rooms, a meeting room, office space, and two restrooms with showers was delivered and installed in approximately 120 days.
