Modular Swing Space Classrooms

The Challenge
A Maryland County School system was in need of creating a swing space building to accommodate students during renovation projects at specific schools. The county planned to move students to this central swing space location and then move them back upon completion. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install a Modular Classroom Building to meet their needs.
The Solution
A ten classroom modular building with restrooms totaling 10,164 sq. ft. would provide the needed space to properly educate their students. Modular Genius provided turnkey modular construction services including site civil engineering, permitting, foundations, utility connections, bioretention pond, new parking as well as the data and fire alarm connections. ADA aluminum decks & ramps per code were completed to ensure maintenance free access to the new modular classroom building.
