A Maryland elementary school had succumbed to water infiltration and the drainage on that side of the site ruined the existing structure. It was discussed that removing that wing of the school and replacing it in kind was better than a renovation.
Modular Genius provided a 5,680 sqft modular classroom addition and connecting link to replace the damaged building. The site was properly graded, diverting water away form the pad and the new modular building was constructed concurrently as the foundation was prepared. The project was completed in 8 months from design to occupancy.
