The Challenge
A trucking company that services the Horse Industry and Mushroom Industry was in need of a new office building. They have a large fleet of trucks to meeting the needs of each of their key industries they serve. The modular building had to be custom to fit their office environment.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. provided a 1,440 sq ft modular office building inclusive of prefabricated steps and ramps. The buildings floor plan included a reception area with built in counter tops, multiple offices, break room and copy area. The project was completed in 90 days from contract to occupancy.
