The Challenge

The Community College of Baltimore County was in need of a portable classroom to house students for a truck driver training program. The portable classroom requirements needed to include HVAC, large windows, durable doors and locks, durable floors and wall coverings, and adequate lighting.

The Solution

Modular Genius, Inc. provided a custom portable classroom with a wide open teaching space and offices for the teachers. Pre-fabricated aluminum steps and ADA ramps were installed at the entrances. The 1,440 sqft modular building was manufactured, delivered and installed on site within 90 days of notice to proceed.
