The Challenge

A Private Defense Contractor needed additional office space for one of their facilities. Due to the quick need, we were able to utilize buildings from our existing fleet inventory. The project called for a large-scale leased solution rather than a new build, requiring a fleet asset to be identified, prepared, and installed on an existing pad system at the client’s site. The scope needed to include full site work, from anchoring and skirting to accessibility features.

The Solution

Modular Genius deployed an 84×60 modular office building from existing fleet inventory to the client’s facility. We delivered 5,040- square feet of leased office space across seven 12×60 modules. The building was installed on ABS pads already in place on grade, with asphalt anchors and full skirting completed on site. Access was addressed with a rented upside ramp and steps, providing a code-compliant entry solution.
