What We Do
Our Services
Don’t let the complexity of building projects slow your growth. Choose our design-build modular services for a seamless, all-in-one solution that takes you from blueprint to completion effortlessly.
Permanent Modular Construction uses advanced offsite manufacturing techniques to build sustainable, high-quality modules. These modules are then assembled on your property to create durable, permanent structures designed for long-term use.
Relocatable Modular Buildings are crafted in a controlled factory setting using precise modular construction techniques. These versatile structures come fully equipped with complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ready to be easily moved and adapted to your changing needs.
Design Build
Our design-build service streamlines your project by having Modular Genius manage both the design and construction phases. As your design-builder, we ensure a cohesive, efficient process from initial concept to final build.
Design Bid Build
We offer a traditional hard bid process where you can contract with separate architects and engineers for design, and partner with Modular Genius for the construction phase of your project. This approach ensures clear roles and focused expertise at every step.
