Multi-Modular Classroom Building

The Challenge
A Maryland County School system was in need of multiple classrooms on a site to accommodate students in a growing part of the county. Instead of having individual classroom modulars on the site the county decided a multi modular classroom building under one roof would better suit the community. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install a modular classroom building to meet their needs.
The Solution
A ten classroom modular building with restrooms totaling 10,164 sq. ft. would provide the needed space to properly educate their students. Modular Genius provided turnkey modular construction services including site civil engineering, permitting, foundations, utility connections, new parking as well as the data and fire alarm connections. ADA aluminum decks & ramps per code were completed to ensure maintenance free access to the new modular classroom building.
