Modular Restroom Building

The Challenge
A local Power Company was increasing their lineman training facility and in need of additional restrooms. The reached out to Modular Genius, Inc. to help them come up with a design to fit their budget. The modular restroom needed to be durable and include water and waste tanks since there was no utilities to tie into on site.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. built the power company a new 408 sqft men and women’s restroom facility. Two waste tanks were installed under the modular. A water tank was with a heater was install on the exterior and included a water pump in the utility closet. Low flow toilets and waterless urinals reduced the amount water usage to cut back on the weekly pumping service while in use.
