Baltimore County Public Schools was in need of several modular office buildings, for the bus drivers. The buildings would be installed during the summer of 2020 when school was out of session. The modular office requirements needed to include HVAC, large windows, durable doors and locks, durable floors and wall coverings, adequate lighting. Some sites had restrooms depending on location.
Modular Genius, Inc. provided several modular offices inclusive of pre-fabricated aluminum steps and ADA ramps, on time and per contract. The school district enhanced their perimeter skirting requirements including a wire mess backing behind the lattice and framing The 360 sqft modular offices were manufactured, delivered and installed on site within 90 days of notice to proceed.
